摘要 针对风电场电压支持和无功补偿问题,提出了一种基于模型预测控制的风电场多时间尺度电压协调控制策略。新方案基于模型预测控制原理协调控制了风电场的静止无功补偿器或静止无功发生器、风电机组和有载调压变压器,实现了母线电压稳定。此外,对应电压正常和不正常的运行条件设计了两种控制模式以实现整个风电场的无功功率优化分配。最后基于仿真平台搭建了风电场仿真模型,验证所提出的协调电压控制方案的有效性。 To solve the problem of voltage service and reactive power compensation for wind farm,a multi time scale voltage coordinated control strategy for wind farm based on model predictive control was proposed.The new scheme which based on model predictive was coordinated control of the wind farm reactive power compensator or static var generator,wind power generator and under-load tap chang transformer to maintain the stability of bus voltage.In addition,two control modes were designed to achieve the optimal allocation of reactive power in the entire wind farm corresponding to normal and abnormal operating conditions.Finally,a simulation model of wind farm was built based on the simulation platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed coordinated voltage control scheme.
