摘要 针对自动送料装车系统在生产过程中要求有较好的稳定性、安全性、协同性及统一的数据管理,应用新一代高速工业以太网PROFINET通信技术,搭建基于西门子PLC的三级工业网络平台。详细阐述了自动送料装车系统的组成结构、通信连接方式以及管理级、控制级和现场级的相关作用,控制系统运行良好,实现了一网到底的管控。该三级网络平台的实现对工业控制具有一定的应用意义。 The automatic feeding and loading system requires stability,safety,coordination and unified data management in the process of production.Applying new generation of high-speed industrial Ethernet technology,PROFINET,3-level network platform of Siemens PLC was built.The automatic feeding and loading system composition structure of the network platform,communication connection mode and correlation function and role of management level,control level and field level were elaborated,on the basis of the 3-level network platform,the design of automatic feeding and loading system worked well,a network control was imptemented.The realization of the 3-level network platform has certain application significance to industrial control.
