探析跨文化视角下的气象文化与保护——以雾霾污染为例

Analysis of the Meteorological Culture and Protection from the Cross-Cultural Perspective——Based on Haze Pollution

雾霾引发重污染,已成为危害人类的一大灾害,全球气候变暖是雾霾形成的其中一个原因。论文以跨文化视角研究气象文化与保护问题,从分析工业化背景下的气象文化开始,指出了跨文化视角下的雾霾成因,包括人类军事活动对自然环境的破坏、工业革命以来的环境污染与破坏等等,再加上乱砍滥伐、盲目垦荒以及农民秸秆还田方式过于粗放,市民生活中汽车、取暖等污染源过多,导致空气质量严重下降。最后,对跨文化视角下的气象文化与保护问题进行了反思,认为只有加强国际合作,共同应对气候变化,才能治理雾霾、重建生态,只有推行可持续发展战略,将可持续发展和应对气候变化行动相结合,才能促进世界和平与发展,实现"地球村"的共同繁荣与稳定。

Haze,causing heavy pollution,has become a major hazard to mankind.The global warming is one of the causes that haze is formed.From the perspective of cross-culture,the paper studies the problems of meteorological culture and protection and points out the causes of smog from the cross-cultural perspective,including the destruction of human military activities to the natural environment,the environmental pollution and destruction in the industrial revolution,etc.In addition,excessive felling,blind reclamation and the extensive return of farmers’straw to the fields,too many sources of pollution,such as cars and heating in the lives of citizens,have resulted in a serious decline in air quality.Finally,from cross-cultural perspective,the paper reflects the problem of meteorological culture and protection.Only by strengthening international cooperation and jointly coping with climate change,we can control haze and reconstruct ecology.Only implementing the strategy of sustainable development and combining sustainable development and climate change action,we can promote world peace and development to achieve common prosperity and stability of“global village”.
