摘要
当前中国高校教学质量保障工作在质量保障思想和理念、保障制度顶层设计、保障决策执行落实、监控技术与方法、信息处理与持续改进等方面存在一些突出的问题。新形势下,高校应当以PDCA模式所倡导的新理念、新思路与新方法为借鉴和指导,按照"决策-执行-监控-改进"的思路构建循环闭合的教学质量保障体系,促进人才培养质量不断提升。做好系统规划与总体设计,完善教学质量标准体系;健全组织制度与保障措施,确保质量管理决策落到实处;开展督导检查与评估,实现教学质量动态监控;注意信息处理与问题改进,推动教学质量稳步提高。
Education quality is the lifeline of development for university.Building a scientific and reasonable teaching quality assurance system is the key to improving the quality of teaching.The teaching quality assurance system of China,which the university is operating,has a series of problems in ideas and concepts,top-level system design,implementation of decisions,monitoring technology and methods,information processing and continuous improvement,etc.Under the new situation,the university should introduce new concepts,new ideas and new methods advocated by PDCA model,and build a closed and circular teaching quality assurance system with the idea of"decision-implementation-monitoring-improved",to promote the quality of personnel training.
