摘要
为了提高控制精度,生物质气化炉控制系统采用S7200SMART PLC作为核心控制器,采用串级控制进行温度调节,采用PID算法进行系统数据优化计算,采用PLC梯形图程序进行气化炉的优化控制,从而实现生物质气化炉的稳定高效工艺生产要求。
In order to improve the control precision,the biomass gasification furnace control system used S7200 SMART PLC as the core controller.The cascade control was used to implement temperature regulation.The PID algorithm was used to implement system data optimization.PLC ladder diagram program was used to optimize the control process.The stable and efficient process of production requirements were implemented.
