江西全面升级河长制工作实践与探索

Practices of all-round upgrading for river chief system in Jiangxi Province

通过分析近年江西省河长制工作现状及成效,总结了全面推进河长制工作的实践经验。根据河长制升级版的新目标和新需求,从健全河湖信息档案、统筹河湖综合治理、建立长效监管机制和完善考核奖励机制等四个方面提出相关建议,为江西推动河湖保护管理工作、建设国家生态文明试验区提供技术支撑。

Experiences of implementing river chief system has been summarized through analysis of current situation and achievements in Jiangxi Province.According to the new objectives and demand of upgrading river chief system,recommendations are made in four respects of completing data and files,integrating river and lake harness,building long-term supervision mechanism and complete performance evaluation and awarding systems.The study may contribute to river and lake management and establishment of national ecological civilization pilots in the province.
