浅谈浙江省河长制信息化发展

Information system development for implementing river chief system in Zhejiang Province

浙江省河长制信息化建设面临的问题是如何整合各地已建立的河长制信息化管理平台,围绕中办、国办印发的《关于全面推行河长制的意见》提出的六大任务和打造浙江河长制升级版目标,按照"兼顾已有、统一标准、共享数据"的原则,为各级河长和群众提供一个完整、便捷的河道信息化管理工具,为河长制的落地管理提供良好的技术支撑。

The current challenges faced by Zhejiang Province for implementation of river chief system include how to integrate existed information systems of local authorities.In accordance with the six major tasks and objectives of upgrading river chief system written in the guidelines,a complete and fast information management system was developed for all river chiefs and stakeholders under the principle of“giving consideration to existed system and integrating standards for data sharing”,which could be used as technical support for full implementation of river chief system.
