静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓在脑梗死患者中的效果研究

Effect of intravenous thrombolytic bridging mechanical embolization in patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓在脑梗死患者中的治疗效果。方法取2014-12—2016-10焦作市人民医院神经内科二区收治脑梗死患者60例,采用随机数字方法将患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合机械取栓治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗前NIHSS、FIM评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后FIM评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后3个月颅内出血率及病死率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死患者在静脉溶栓基础上联合机械取栓治疗效果理想,能提高临床治疗效果,改善患者预后,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic bridging mechanical thrombectomy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From December 2014 to October 2016,60 patients with cerebral infarction were admitted to our hospital.Patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number method.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis.The observation group was treated with mechanical thrombectomy on the basis of the control group,and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS and FIM score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FIM score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intracranial hemorrhage and mortality between the two groups at 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The cerebral infarction patients combined with mechanical Mechanical thrombectomy on the basis of intravenous thrombolysis is effective in cerebral infarction patients,which can improve the clinical effect and improve the prognosis of patients,.which It is worth popularizing and clinical applying.
