摘要
目的调查脑卒中患者出院后护理照护需求。方法便利选取郑州市两家三级甲等医院神经内科住院的脑卒中患者136例进行问卷调查。结果脑卒中患者对出院后护理知识需求最高的是康复知识,其次是后遗症的防治和疾病复发时的紧急处理;对护理技术的需求,患者表示最想学会肢体康复的锻炼方法。结论脑卒中患者出院后对于疾病知识和护理技术的需求强烈,医院和社区应根据患者的需求状况开展合理的院外支持,从而保证患者出院后能够得到连续化的护理。
Objective To investigate the need for nursing care for stroke patients after discharge.Methods A total of 136 stroke patients in the neurology department of two tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou were investigated.Results The highest requirement for nursing knowledge of stroke patients after discharge is the rehabilitation,followed by the sequela prevention and emergency treatment of disease recurrence.For the need of nursing technology,patients express the most desire to learn the physical rehabilitation exercise.Conclusion Due to the strong demand for disease knowledge and nursing techniques of stroke patients after discharge,hospital and community should carry out reasonable outside hospital support according to patients’demands to ensure that patients can get continuous nursing after discharge.
