摘要
为进一步了解含石蜡材料玻璃幕墙温度应力的变化规律,采用理论分析与ANSYS数值模拟相结合。理论分析采用传热学的传热原理来分析温度场,利用弹性力学进一步分析温度应力。随着室外温度的变化,利用ANSYS模拟玻璃板表面应力的变化规律。含石蜡玻璃幕墙是一种新型节约能源材料,利用ANSYS模拟时把约束简化成四周固定形式。分析了长宽比的不同对长短边中心应力的变化情况及板中心位移的变化情况。
In order to know more about the change law of temperature stress of glass curtain wall containing paraffin,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of ANSYS are combined.The heat transfer principle of heat transfer is applied to analyze the temperature field,with further analysis on thermal stress by elasticity.Following the change of outdoor temperature,surface stress variation of glass sheet is simulated by ANSYS,the change of the ratio of length to width and the central stress of the short and short edge and the change of the center displacement of the plate are analyzed.
