我国绿色工业建筑发展现状与案例分析

Development Situation and Case Analysis of Green Industrial Building in China

我国的工业生产能耗和建筑能耗是社会能源消耗最大的两个领域,工业建筑能耗尤其应加以重视。GB/T 50878—2013《绿色工业建筑评价标准》对建筑和生产工艺两个方面进行了评价,对包括能源在内的多种资源的节约、室内外环境质量和职业健康提出了性能评价要求和设计策略。自2013年《绿色工业建筑评价标准》发布以来,我国绿色工业建筑项目呈现稳步增长趋势,发展绿色工业建筑是工业领域贯彻落实节能减排、大气污染防治和可持续发展的重要途径。

Building energy consumption and industrial energy consumption accounts for 90%of social energy consumption in China.Therefore,industrial building energy-saving should be concerned seriously.“Evaluation standard for green industrial building”(GB/T 50878-2013)evaluates two aspects of construction and production,which proposes performance evaluation requirement and design strategy including a variety of resources-saving,indoor and outdoor environmental quality and occupational health.Since the publication of the“Evaluation standard for green industrial building”in 2013,China’s green industrial buildings show a trend of steady growth.The development of green industrial building is a significant way to implement energy conservation,control air pollution and keep sustainable development in industrial field.
