翼状胬肉手术治疗新进展

Progress in surgical treatment of pterygium

翼状胬肉是最常见的眼表疾病之一,但发病机制尚不明确,手术治疗仍是目前最主要的治疗方式,翼状胬肉切除术后常常复发,为了降低复发率,国内外对其治疗方式进行了广泛的研究,并尚未达成共识。本文主要对国内外对翼状胬肉的手术治疗研究的最新进展进行回顾和总结,以期帮助临床治疗。

Pterygium is one of the most common ocular surface diseases,but the pathogenesis is unclear,surgical treatment is still the main treatment at present,Pterygium often recurrence after pterygium resection,to reduce the recurrence rate,there is a wide range of research both at China and abroad,and has not reached a consensus.This article reviews and summarizes the latest advances in the study of pterygium surgery at home and abroad,and in order to help clinical treatment.
