单纯依沙吖啶和米非司酮分别配伍米索前列醇、依沙吖啶在中期引产中的效果对比

Comparison of the efficacy between Ethacridine alone and Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol and Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine in induction of labour in second trimester

目的探讨单纯依沙吖啶和米非司酮分别配伍米索前列醇、依沙吖啶在中期引产中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2001年2月~2016年12月在我院中期引产的240例孕龄为14~27周的孕妇临床资料,按照引产方法分为3组,每组80例。对照组采用依沙吖啶引产,研究1组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产,研究2组采用米非司酮配伍依沙吖啶引产。比较3组产妇引产情况、引产用时、总产程时间、出血量及胎盘残留情况。结果研究1组与研究2组引产成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究1组与研究2组引产用时及总产程时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),研究2组及对照组出血量>150 ml比例显著低于研究1组(P<0.05),研究2组胎盘残留比例显著低于对照组及研究1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮分别配伍米索前列醇、依沙吖啶相比于单纯依沙吖啶引产时间较短,具有较高的引产成功率,米非司酮配伍依沙吖啶相比于单纯依沙吖啶和米非司酮配伍米索前列醇而言具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ethacridine alone and Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol and Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine in induction of labour in second trimester.Methods The clinical data of 240 pregnant women with gestational age from 14 to 27 weeks who received induction of labor in second trimester in our hospital from February 2001 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the method of induction of labor,the patients were divided into 3 groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was given Ethacridine for labor induction,study group 1 was given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol for induction of labor,and study group 2 was given Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine for induction of labor.The induction of labor,duration of labor induction,total labor time,volume of blood loss and placental residue were compared between the three groups of puerpera.Results The successful rate of induction of labor in the study group 1 and the study group 2 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of labor induction and total labor time in study group 1 and study group 2 were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of the volume of blood loss>150 ml in study group 2 and control group was significantly lower than that in study group 1(P<0.05).The proportion of placental residue in study group 2 was significantly lower than that in control group and study group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Ethacridine alone,the duration of labor induction of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol and Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine is short,with a high successful rate of induction of labor.Compared with Ethacridine alone and Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol,Mifepristone combined with Ethacridine has a higher safety.
