口腔正畸固定矫治器的应用效果

Application effect of oral orthodontic appliance in clinical practice

目的探讨口腔正畸固定矫治器在口腔正畸治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月~2016年2月我院收治的50例实施口腔正畸治疗的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组患者采用无托槽隐形矫正技术进行矫治,观察组患者采用口腔正畸固定矫治器进行矫正治疗。比较两组的矫正效果。结果治疗后两组患者的PAR各项评分均明显高于治疗前,且观察组患者的PAR各项评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者矫治固位功能的满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且对照组患者在矫治期间的美观舒适度、咀嚼功能、便捷程度、语言功能等方面的满意度均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔正畸患者使用口腔正畸固定矫治器进行治疗,效果显著。

Objective To study the application effect of oral orthodontic appliance in clinical practice.Methods A total of 50 patients with oral orthodontic treatment from February 2014 to February 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with no bracketing stealth correction technique,and the patients in the observation group after treatment were treated with orthodontic appliance.The effect of the two groups were compared.Results The PAR scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the PAR scores of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of solid satisfaction(P>0.05).The satisfaction degree of the comfort,the chewing function,the convenience and the language function of the control group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of oral orthodontic appliance with oral orthodontic appliance is effective.
