玻璃离子和复合树脂联合修复与单独修复对楔形缺损的优劣差异 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨玻璃离子和复合树脂联合修复与单独修复楔形缺损的优劣差异。方法回顾性分析2015年8月~2016年10月我院收治的90例楔形缺损患者,患牙共计254颗。根据手术时间将254颗患牙随机分为三组。甲组患牙85颗,采用玻璃离子填充;乙组患牙89颗,采用复合树脂填充;丙组患牙80颗,采用玻璃离子联合复合树脂填充。观察三组患牙治疗前与治疗1年后的牙髓活力、牙周组织应力和治疗效果。结果三组患牙在治疗前牙髓活力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1年后丙组牙髓正常的颗数百分比(91.3%)明显高于甲(69.4%)、乙(69.7%)两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙组的牙髓变性颗数的百分比(1.2%)明显低于甲(22.4%)、乙(22.5%)两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲乙两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃离子和复合树脂联合修复楔形缺损可以有效防止填充物脱落,保护牙髓,减少牙周应力,比单独使用疗效更好,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of Glass ion and composite resin combined repair or repair alone in wedge-shaped defect.Methods Ninety wedge-shaped defect cases in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,altogether 254 teeth.254 teeth were randomly divided into three groups according to the operation time.85 teeth in group A were filled with glass ions.89 teeth in group B were filled with composite resin.80 teeth in group C were filled with glass ions and composite resin.The dental pulp vitality,periodontal tissue stress and therapeutic effect before treatment and after treatment for 1 year were observed among the groups.Results There was no significant difference in pulp vitality between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The percentage of normal pulp in group C(91.3%)was significantly higher than that in group A(69.4%)and B(69.7%)after treatment for 1 year,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of dental pulp degeneration in group C(1.2%)was significantly lower than that of group A(22.4%)and B(22.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the A groups and B(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of glass ion and composite resin to repair wedge-shaped defects can effectively prevent the filler from falling off,protect the pulp,reduce periodontal stress.It is better than single use,which is worthy to clinical promotion.
