结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康凝胶治疗老年糖尿病阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Conjugated Estrogens Ointment combined with Baofukang Gel in the treatment of elderly diabetic vaginitis

目的探讨结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康凝胶治疗老年糖尿病阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月~2017年12月我院收治的54例老年糖尿病阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对比组和研究组,每组各27例。对比组患者单独采用结合雌激素进行治疗,研究组患者给予结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康凝胶进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床表现总评分、治疗后的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的临床表现总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的临床表现总评分显著低于治疗前及对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率(92.59%)显著高于对比组(70.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病阴道炎患者的治疗上,结合雌激素软膏、保妇康凝胶联合应用的疗效优异,其可以有效改善病患的临床症状,对患者病情进行显著控制。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Conjugated Estrogens Ointment combined with Baofukang Gel in the treatment of elderly diabetic vaginitis.Methods From March 2016 to December 2017,54 cases of elderly diabetes vaginitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the random number table method was used to divide them into the comparison group and the research group,with 27 cases in each group.The patients in the comparison group were treated with Conjugated Estrogens Ointment alone,and patients in the research group were treated with the Conjugated Estrogens Ointment combined with Baofukang Gel.The total score of clinical manifestations of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,the clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction of the two groups after treatment were also compared.Results Before treatment,the total score of clinical manifestations was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the total score of clinical manifestations of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Estrogen Ointment and Baofukang Gel in the treatment of senile diabetic vaginitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and control the disease.
