依达拉奉注射液联合丹红穴位注射治疗脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effect of Edaravone Injection combined with Danhong conducting acupoint injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉注射液联合丹红穴位注射治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择本院2014年9月~2017年5月收治的80例脑梗死患者,使用完全随机的方式将患者分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组患者使用依达拉奉注射液进行治疗,观察组患者在依达拉奉注射液基础上联合丹红穴位注射法进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果和总满意率。结果治疗3周后,观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红穴位注射联合依达拉奉注射液治疗脑梗死可以有效提高临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Edaravone Injection combined with Danhong conducting acupoint injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from September 2014 to May 2017 were enrolled and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group using the complete random method.Patients in the control group were treated with Edaravone Injection,while in the observation group,Danhong conducting acupoint injection was added besides treatment in the control group.The therapeutic effect and total satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results After three weeks of treatment,the score of neurological deficit in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone Injection combined with Danhong conducting acupoint injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
