对感染科护理人员进行规范性职业风险管理的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Standardized Professional Risk Management of Nursing Staff in the Department of Infection

目的探讨对感染科护理人员进行规范性职业风险管理的临床价值。方法选取该院2016年1月前在编护理人员42名为对照组,选取2016年1月—2017年6月期间该院在编护理人员42名为观察组,对照组行常规职业管理,观察组行规范性职业风险管理,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组疾病感染率、不良事件发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);但观察组对职业风险管理的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强对感染科护理人员规范性职业风险管理的重视可显著减少护理人员疾病感染及不良事件纠纷发生,并可提高护理人员的管理满意度。

Objective To study the clinical value of standardized professional risk management of nursing staff in the department of infection.Methods 42 cases of nursing staff before January 2016 were selected as the control group,and 42 cases of nursing staff from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group,the control group used the routine professional management,while the observation group used the standardized professional risk management,and the management effect was compared between the two groups.Results The disease infection rate and incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree to the professional risk management in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the attention to the standardized professional risk management of nursing staff in the department of infection can obviously reduce the disease infection and occurrence of adverse events of nursing staff and improve the management satisfactory degree of nursing staff.
