手术室护理管理对骨科手术院内感染的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Nursing Management in the Operating Room in the Hospital Infection of Surgery in the Department of Orthopedics

目的讨论手术室护理管理对骨科手术院内感染的干预效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月间该院126例骨科手术治疗患者为对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对比两组患者在手术护理管理后的相关恢复情况。结果实验组术后院内感染发生率、护理过程中的差错事件及护患纠纷和患者投诉事件的发生概率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后恢复情况、护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规护理,在手术室加强护理管理后,实验组患者术后感染发生的概率降低,术后恢复情况显著改善,取得了更多患者对于护理的认可,对于改善护患关系有积极作用。

Objective To discuss the intervention effect of nursing management in the operating room in the hospital infection of surgery in the department of orthopedics.Methods 126 cases of operative patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,and the related recovery situation before and after operation nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of hospital infection after surgery,error events in the nursing course and occurrence probability of medical disputes and compliant events in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the postoperative recovery situation and nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence probability of postoperative infection after enhancing the nursing management decreased compared with the routine nursing,which obviously improves the postoperative situation and obtains the recognition of more patients,and it has a positive effect on improving the medical relationship.
