摘要
医院岗位设置是现代医院管理人力资源配置的重要内容,具有基础性、根本性和长期性的特点。该文主要从医院岗位设置的重要性、存在问题及完善路径3方面进行分析和总结,指出科学合理的岗位设置对医院人力资源管理创新、健全医院人才机制、激发医务人员工作积极性和创造性的重要意义。
The hospital post setting is the important content of human resources allocation of modern hospitals,and it is fundamental,basic and long-term,and the paper analyzes and summarizes the importance of hospital post setting,existing problems and improvement routes,and points out the major significance of scientific and rational post setting to the management innovation of hospital human resources,improving the hospital talent mechanism,and motivating the work enthusiasm and innovation of medical staff.
