摘要
随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,公立医院作为改革的主体单位,其自身的生存与发展面临着诸多机遇与挑战。在此契机下,绩效管理作为医院管理的重要工具之一,应该及时转变管理思路,力求提高医院的经济管理效率,促进医院的可持续健康发展。该文在充分阐述当前公立医院绩效管理现状的基础上,结合目前医改政策,重点分析公立医院绩效管理工作面临的难点与挑战,讨论下一步绩效管理工作的侧重点与建议。
With the continuous deepening of the medical health system reform in China, the public hospitals, as the major units of reform, the survival and development is facing many opportunities and challenges, and the performance management is one of the major management tools, we should change our management thoughts in time in order o improve the economical and management efficacy and promote the sustainable and healthy development, and the paper especially analyzes the difficult points and challenges of the performance management work in the public hospitals and discusses the key points and suggestions of the next performance management work combined with the current medical reform policies on the basis of the performance management status in the public hospitals.
