浅析MDT在结直肠肿瘤规培教学中的应用

Analysis of Application of MDT in the Compliance Training Teaching of Colorectal Carcinoma

结直肠肿瘤的诊断和治疗非常复杂,需要经过多个步骤和程序,而且涉及的范围特别广,包含的学科数目多。也正是因为如此,在规培教学中需要特别引起重视,采用最佳的实践教学方式和手段,以此来提升规培教学质量,也就是MDT模式。该文围绕MDT在结直肠肿瘤规培教学中的应用,分别叙述了MDT在结直肠肿瘤规培教学中的必要性,以及MDT在临床教学中的应用方式,最后阐述了MDT在结直肠肿瘤规培教学中的教学效果评价。

The diagnosis and treatment of colorectal carcinoma is very complex,needing multiple procedures,with extensive ranges and multiple disciplines,therefore,we should especially pay attention to it in the compliance training teaching,and use the best practice teaching way and means to improve the teaching quality,namely MDT model.The paper respectively elaborates the necessity of MDT in the compliance training teaching of colorectal carcinoma in the application method of MDT in the clinical teaching,and finally elaborates the evaluation of teaching effect of MDT in the compliance training teaching of colorectal carcinoma.
