闵行区妇幼保健院专业人员技术档案信息化管理效果评价

Evaluation on Effect of Technical File Information Management of Professionals in the Minxing District Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital

目的全面掌握专业人员业务技术水平,利于有计划、有目的地安排培训学习,提高专业人员整体素质,同时有利于专业技人员的培养与选拔。方法通过自编问卷调查该院专业人员65例,结合技术档案后台查询资料。结果问卷调查发现使用情况维度得分最高(22.23±1.58)分,得分最低维度为实施推进(15.33±1.97)分。后台查询发现查询最频繁排名前三的是"技术服务质量查询""病史及处方查询"以及"考勤汇总表查询"。查询最少是"信访及投诉查询"、"个人基本信息查询"。满意度调查发现:"技术档案积分值查询"最低。结论专业人员技术档案管理已成为医院信息管理的重要组成部分,但部分功能有待进一步完善。

Objective To comprehensively master the business technical level of professionals to arrange the training and learning in a planned manner and to improve the holistic quality in order to the training and selection of professionals.Methods 65 cases of professionals were surveyed by the self-made questionnaire,combined with the backstage information for technical files.Results The questionnaire showed that the application situation scored the highest,(22.23±1.58)marks,and the implementation and promotion scored the lowest(15.33±1.97)marks,and the top three items with most frequency were respectively technical service quality survey,history disease and prescription survey and attendance summary table,and the last three items were petition letter and compliant survey and basic individual information survey,and the survey of satisfactory degree showed that the technical file integral survey was the lowest.Conclusion The technical file management of professionals has become an important component of the hospital information management,but some functions need to be further improved.
