普外科医务人员对营养风险筛查认知现状分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究在营养风险筛查过程中,普外科医务人员对其认知现状情况。方法 2017年4—6月,针对营养风险筛查的有关问题,对该院普外科200名医务人员的态度和知识情况运用问卷调查的方式进行分析。结果参加调查的普外科医务人员共200名,对于患者的营养问题,医务人员对其关注度较高;在营养支持有效性、营养筛查方法及营养评估方面,医务人员对其存在较差的执行状况和知识掌握情况,与护士相比,医生较好;对于培训的相关内容,医务人员对其需求较高。结论针对营养风险筛查的有关知识,应对医务人员的知识培训不断加强,对合理的营养筛查方法和营养评估方法积极推广,从而有效执行肠内营养和肠外营养临床指南。 Objective To study the cognitive status of nutrition risk screening by the medical staff in the department of general medicine.Methods From April to June 2017,The attitude and application condition of knowledge of 200 cases of medical staff in the department of general medicine was analyzed by the questionnaire according to the related issues of nutrition risk screening.Results Of 200 cases of medical staff in the department of general surgery participated in the investigation,the attention to the nutrition issues of patients was higher,and the medical staff had a worse executive condition and mastery of knowledge of nutrition support effectiveness,nutrition screening method and nutrition evaluation,and the conditions of doctors were better than those of nurses,and the demand of medical staff for the training related contents were higher.Conclusion We should constantly enhance the training of nutrition risk screening knowledge of medical staff,and the rational nutrition screening method and nutrition evaluation method should be positively promoted,thus effectively carrying out the clinical guidance of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition.
