三级综合医院开展“医养结合”的有效路径分析

Analysis of Effective Route of Development of Combination of Medical Care and Pension in the Tertiary General Hospitals

目的分析探讨三级综合医院开展"医养结合"的有效路径及实践效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月在该院治疗并且长期接受家庭养护医师指导的老年患者400例,并随机分为观察组与对照组,各200例。其中,对观察组的老年患者进行"医养结合"护理服务模式,对对照组的老年患者进行常规护理服务。对比两组患者对医护工作的满意度以及对有效路径的选择。结果对照组患者对医养结合有效路径的选择比例明显高于观察组,观察组患者对医护工作的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "医养结合"护理服务模式可有效减少住院老年患者意外事件的发生,同时老年人对医院工作的满意也大大提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and study the effective route and practice effect of development of combination of medical care and pension in the tertiary general hospitals.Methods 400 cases of senile patients treated in our hospital and receiving the guidance of family care physicians in a long time in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 200 cases in each,the observation group used the combination of medical care and pension,while the control group used the routine nursing services,and the satisfactory degree to the medical work and selection of the effective route were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of the patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,The satisfactory degree to the medical work in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing service model of combination of medical care and pension can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents of senile patients,and greatly improve the satisfactory degree of senile people to the hospital work,which is worth clinical promotion.
