护理风险管理在产科护理管理中的应用优势分析

Analysis of Application Advantages of Nursing Risk Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Obstetrics

目的分析护理风险管理在产科护理管理中的应用优势。方法选取该院产科2015年9月—2017年9月收治的110例患者进行分组研究,按照1:1比例分为常规组(n=55,予以常规护理)和干预组(n=55,予以护理风险管理),比较2组护理效果。结果干预组护理纠纷、护理缺陷、风险事件发生率均低于对照组,2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理管理中运用护理风险管理对减少护理缺陷和风险事件,降低护理纠纷发生率具有重要意义,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application advantages of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of obstetrics.Methods 110 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 55 cases in each,the routine group used the routine nursing,while the intervention group used the nursing risk management,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of nursing disputes,nursing defects and risk events in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of obstetrics can reduce the nursing defect and risk events,and it is of important significance to reducing the incidence rate of nursing disputes,and it is of positive promotion value.
