摘要 随着我国国民物质生活水平的不断上升,当前食品营养标签对于消费者的影响也在不断扩大。该文立足于食品营养标签的使用现状,首先分析了消费者对于食品营养标签的态度,然后针对其态度特征分析了食品营养标签对于消费者产生的客观影响,包括自身属性、个人习惯以及健康意识等方面的内容,也希望能够为食品营养标签正规化、行业规范化创设良好的条件。 With the increasingly improvement of people’s living standards in China,the effect of current food nutrition labels on consumers is constantly increasing,and the paper firstly analyzes the consumers’attitudes towards the food nutrition labels based on the usage status of food nutrition labels,and then analyzes the objective effect of food nutrition labels on the consumers according to the attitudes and features including attribute,individual habits and health awareness,hoping to create a good condition for the normalization of food nutrition labels and industry standardization.
