摘要
医院招聘工作不仅能为医院带来一次性的人才输入,同时也为医院提供对外展示良好文化氛围的机会。该文从招聘的计划、宣传、接待、反馈、评估的5个阶段,提出了医院文化建设的思路,希望能够提高医院的招聘效果。
The recruitment work in the hospital can not only bring a talent input for hospitals,at the same time,it can provide an opportunity for hospitals to show the good cultural atmosphere,and the paper puts forwards the thoughts of hospital cultural construction from the plan,publicity,reception,feedback and evaluation of recruitment,hoping to improve the recruitment effect of the hospitals.
