风险管理在手术室护理管理工作中的应用效果

Application Effect of Risk Management in the Nursing Management Work in the Operating Room

目的探讨风险管理在手术室护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1—6月在该院接受手术治疗的患者180例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组采用常规护理管理方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施风险管理。结果观察组风险事件发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在手术室护理管理工作中的应用有助于减少风险事件的发生,提高护理工作质量,临床应加强推广。

Objective To study the application effect of risk management in the nursing management work in the operating room.Methods 180 cases of operation patients in our hospital from January to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing management method,while the observation group adopted the risk management on the basis of the control group.Results The incidence rate of risk events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfactory degree was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management work in the operating room contributes to reducing the occurrence of risk events and improving the nursing work quality,and we should enhance promotion in clinic.
