摘要
目的探究在内科临床护理教学中培养实习生人文关怀能力的作用与实践方式。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月在该院实习的120名内科临床护理实习生,随机分为参照组(60名,传统教学方式)与观察组(60名,传统教学方式+培养人文关怀能力教学方式)。对比教学前后不同组别实习生人文关怀能力、人文关怀考试成绩、对教学方式的满意度。结果教学前,不同组别实习生关怀能力量表(CAI)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后均有所提升(P<0.05),但观察组明显比参照组高(P<0.05);观察组人文关怀考试成绩明显比参照组高(P<0.05);患者对观察组实习生护理服务满意度明显比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论在内科临床护理教学中培养实习生人文关怀能力可提升实习生人文关怀能力与人文关怀考试成绩、患者护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect and practice method of training the humanistic care ability of interns in the nursing teaching in the department of intern medicine.Methods 120 cases of clinical nursing interns from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group used the traditional teaching method and training the humanistic care ability,and the humanistic care ability,humanistic care examination score and satisfactory degree to teaching method were compared before and after teaching.Results Before teaching,the difference in the CAI score between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05),after teaching,the CAI score increased(P<0.05),but the improvement degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the humanistic care examination score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree to the nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training the humanistic care ability of interns in the nursing teaching in the department of intern medicine can improve the humanistic care ability and humanistic care examination score of interns and nursing satisfactory degree of patients.
