摘要 目的探讨分析PBL教学法临床护理教学实践工作过程中的应用价值。方法将该院2015级临床护理专业实习护生146名随机等分为研究组和参照组,每组73名,针对参照组学生运用传统教学法开展护理理论知识和护理实践操作技能教学督导工作;针对研究学生运用PBL教学法开展护理理论知识和护理实践操作技能教学督导工作。观察比较两组护生的理论知识考试成绩指标、操作技能考试成绩指标,以及学习效果满意度指标。结果研究组护生的理论知识考试成绩指标和操作技能考试成绩指标均显著高于参照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护生的学习效果满意度显著高于参照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床护理专业在校护生运用PBL教学法开展护理理论知识和护理实践操作技能的教学督导工作,能够获取到较好的教学效果,适宜临床推广。 Objective To study and analyze the application value of PBL teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching practice work.Methods 146 cases of practical student nurses in the clinical nursing major in 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,with 73 cases in each,the control group applied the traditional teaching method for the development of nursing therapy knowledge and nursing practice operation skill teaching guidance work,and the research group adopted the PBL teaching,and the theory knowledge examination indicator,operation skill examination score indicator and satisfactory degree to the learning effect were compared between the two groups.Results The therapy knowledge examination indicator and operation skill examination score in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree to learning effect in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching in the student nurses in clinical nursing major for the development of therapy knowledge and nursing practice operation skill can obtain a good teacing effect,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
