摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理对提高急诊内科护理质量及患者满意度影响。方法以该院急诊内科2014年1月—2015年6月收治的35例患者为对照组,以2015年1月—2017年7月收治的35例患者为观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理风险管理,比较两组护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组护理三级考试、护理文书书写、无菌物品灭菌、护理操作合格率均明显高于对照组,分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度为97.1%,对照组仅为74.3%,观察组风险事件和护理缺陷发生率均为2.9%,投诉率为0.0%;对照组风险事件及护理缺陷发生率为28.6%和22.9%,投诉率为17.1%,观察组上述指标均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊内科护理中应用护理风险管理,不但可显著提高护理人员的风险防范意识、提高护理质量,而且能显著提高患者的满意度,对减少护理风险、建立和谐的护患关系有积极意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management in improving the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients in the department of emergency medicine.Methods 35 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the control group,and 35 cases of patients from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group,and the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group applied the nursing risk management on the basis of the routine nursing,and the nursing quality and satisfactory degree to the nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing third-level examination,nursing papers writing,sterilization of aseptic supplies,and qualified rate of nursing operation in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the satisfactory degree to the nursing work in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 97.1%and 74.3%,and the incidence rates of risk events and nursing defects,compliance rate in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(2.9%,2.9%,0.0%vs 28.6%,22.9%,17.1%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the nursing in the department of emergency medicine can obviously improve the risk prevention awareness,and nursing quality of nursing staff,and obviously improve the satisfactory degree,which is of positive significance to reducing the nursing risks and establishing the harmonious medical relationship,and it is worth promotion and application.
