有营养风险患者的营养支持效果与卫生经济学分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析有营养风险患者的营养支持效果与卫生经济学。方法于2016年2月—2017年3月在社区卫生服务中心采取定点连续采样法。纳入400例患者作为研究对象。按照是否采取营养支持将400例患者划分为实验组与常规组。实验组为采取营养支持,常规组为不采取营养支持。对比所有患者在住院过程中的营养状况、营养支持状况、并发症发生率以及医护成本费用。结果实验组的成本显著高于常规组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的营养支持效果、成本效果比、并发症发生率均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持能够有效降低并发症的发生,有利于降低感染与并发症的治疗成本,但是整体成本相对较高,在成本效果分析当中有营养支持患者的长期效益较高,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the nutrition support effect and health economics of patients with nutrition risks.Methods The fixed-point continuous sampling method was used in the community health service center from February 2016 to March 2017,and 400 cases of patients were used as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to whether the patients used the nutrition support or not,the experimental group used the nutrition support,while the routine group did not use the nutrition support,and the nutrition status,nutrition support status,incidence rate of complications and medical cost were compared between the two groups.Results The cost in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the nutrition support effect,cost effect ratio and incidence rate of complications in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutrition support can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,which is conducive to reducing the infection and treatment cost of complications,but the holistic cost is relatively high,and the long-term benefits of patients with nutrition support in the analysis of cost effect is higher,and it is worth clinical promotion.
