妇女重复人工流产状况及影响因素探讨

Study on Status and Influence Factors of Repeated Induced Abortion of Women

目的分析影响临海地区重复人工流产高的相关因素,探讨以降低人工流产率策略,提高妇女生殖健康水平。方法对2014年10月—2017年3月在该院妇产科行人工流产的女性2 585例进行问卷调查研究,采用通过一般描述性分析、χ~2检验、多因素Logistic等统计方法,分析影响重复人工流产的因素。结果该次调查共完成符合要求的2 585例人工流产妇女,基本情况比较:首次性行为年龄低、多性伴、外来流动人口者重复流产率高。重复流产者率较高(58.99%)。进一步多因素Logistic回归分析显示,临海地区流产妇女中首次性行为年龄越小、多性伴者、外来流动人口、学历越低、避孕知识缺乏、意识淡薄者是影响重复人工流产女性的危险因素。结论有针对性加强流产风险教育和避孕措施宣教,将有利于提高避孕率,减少流产率。

Objective To analyze the related influence factors of repeated induced abortion of women in Linhai District and study the strategies of reducing the induced abortion to improve the reproductive health level of women.Methods 2 585 cases of female patients with induced abortion in our hospital from October 2014 to March 2017 were researched by the questionnaire,and the influence factors of repeated induced abortion were analyzed by the general descriptive analysis,χ2 test and multi-factor Logistic.Results 2 585 cases of women with induced abortion meeting the requirement were finished in this survey,and the basic conditions:low age of first sex behavior,multiple sexy partners and floating population had the higher repeated induced abortion(58.99%),and the further multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the low age of first sex behavior,multiple sexy partners,floating population,low academic level,lack of contraception Knowledge were the risk factors of repeated induced abortion.Conclusion The targeted enhancement of induced abortion risk education and Contraception measures is conducive to improving the contraception rate and reducing the abortion rate.
