摘要
目的研究风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法按照单盲的试验方法将该院2015年8月—2016年10月接诊患者200例分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。两组患者分别进行常规护理与风险管理,观察并比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),且满意度明显较高(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用在外科护理管理中,临床护理效果明显,提升护理有效率及满意度。
Objective To research the application value of risk management in the nursing management in the department of surgery.Methods 200 cases of patients diagnosed in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the risk management,and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The nursing effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree was obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The application nursing effect of risk management in the nursing management in the department of surgery is obvious,which can improve the nursing effective rate and satisfactory degree.
