健康体检路径对体检中心护理质量及患者满意度的影响研究

Research on Effect of Health Physical Examination Path on the Nursing Quality and Satisfactory Degree of Patients in the Physical Examination Center

目的探讨健康体检路径对体检中心护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法 2015年6—12月,选择在该院健康体检者200名,随机分为观察组和对照组各100名,比较二者体检效果、护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组健康体检者体检时间短于对照组,体检效率和体检可信度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量各方面评分均高于对照组,且护理满意度(97.00%)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康体检中心实施健康体检路径能提高体检效果,改善护理质量,有助于提高健康体检护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of health physical examination route on the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients in the physical examination center.Methods 200 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital form June to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each,and the physical examination effect,nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The physical examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the physical examination efficacy and reliability scores were higher than those in the control group(97.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of healthy physical examination route in the center can improve the physical examination effect and improve the nursing quality,and it contributes to improving the nursing satisfactory degree of healthy physical examination.
