摘要
目的对人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月于该院接受治疗的400例择期手术患者,将其分为对照组与观察组两组,每组患者各200例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化管理,对比两组患者在护理满意度与手术室护理管理实践效果方面的差异。结果观察组护理人员对于人性化管理的满意度水平、患者自身对于护理工作的满意度水平、手术医生的满意度水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组医患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为手术患者提供人性化管理能够优化护理工作执行路径,提高护理工作质量,应用价值值得推广。
Objective To research and analyze the application effect of humanistic management idea in the nursing management in the operating room.Methods 400 cases of selective surgery patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 200 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the humanistic management,and the differences in the nursing satisfactory degree and nursing management practice effect in the operating room were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfactory degree level of nursing staff to the humanistic management,satisfactory level of patients to the nursing work and satisfactory degree level of surgical doctors were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of medical disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic management for surgical patients can optimize the nursing project execution path,and improve the nursing work quality,and it is worth promotion.
