急诊护理管理中应用柔性管理理论的价值评估

Evaluation on Application Value of Flexible Management Therapy in the Emergency Nursing Management

目的探讨急诊护理管理中应用柔性管理理论的价值评估。方法选取该院急诊科护士20人,同时选取2016年3月—2017年3月在该院急诊科住院的150例患者,根据实施柔性管理前后各选取75例患者,比较实施柔性管理理论优化前后急诊护理理论评分、急诊护理技能评分与患者满意度。结果实施柔性管理前,护理人员急诊护理理论评分(87.63±5.32)分、急诊护理技能评分(82.95±4.87)分;实施柔性管理后,护理人员急诊护理理论评分(97.42±1.97)分、急诊护理技能评分(95.79±3.75)分,实施前后护理人员情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施柔性管理后患者总满意度为98.67%;实施柔性管理前患者总满意度为86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理人员中采用柔性管理理论优化模式,可以提高护理工作者的整体护理质量与自身水平,同时也可以提高患者对护理工作者的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the evaluation on application value of flexible management therapy in the emergency nursing management.Methods 20 cases of emergency nurses in our hospital were selected,and 150 cases of inpatients in the department of emergency in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 75 cases in each,the emergency nursing therapy score,emergency nursing skill score and satisfactory degree before and after the implementation of flexible management therapy were compared.Results The emergency nursing therapy score and emergency nursing skill score of nursing staff before and after the flexible management were respectively(87.63±5.32)points,(82.95±4.87)points and(97.42±1.97)points,(95.79±3.75)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the total satisfactory degree before and after the implementation of flexible management was statistically significant(98.67%vs 86.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization model in the flexible management therapy in the nursing staff in the department of emergency can improve the holistic nursing quality and their own levels of nursing workers,at the same time,it can improve the satisfactory degree of nursing workers,and it is worth promotion and application.
