医学案例教学法在三叉神经痛实习带教中的应用探析 被引量:1

摘要 该文探讨案例教学的特点、实施操作方法与优势。案例教学法就是专门针对某个教育目的 ,将现实教育环节中具有的情境运用典型化的手法进行处置,得到学生剖析与解决的案例,并采取独立思索与共同探讨的形式,来增强学生判断与解决问题能力的有效策略。医学案例教学法在三叉神经痛带教中的实际操作方法是挑出三叉神经痛病区内有代表性的病例,让管床进修医师全面汇报该病例的情况,并制订治疗措施,再由带教老师针对病例汇报进行补充,并点评该治疗措施,结束探讨后,所有进修医师都要以书面形式表达其感受,并呈交带教教师进行批阅。医学案例教学法在三叉神经痛临床带教的主要优势是极大地调动了进修医生的参与热情,加深了其对相关病症的全面认知。 This article explores the characteristics of case teaching,the implementation of operational methods and advantages.The case teaching method is to handle the scene in the practical education link in a typical way specially aimed at a certain education aim,thus drawing the students’analyzing and solving cases,and to enhance the students’abilities to determine and tackle problems in an independent thinking and common study form,and the practical operation method of medical case teaching in the teaching of prosopalgia is to select out the representative cases in the prosopalgia ward,and make the treatment measures,then the teachers supplement the case reports and review the treatment measures,after the discussion,all visiting physicians should express their feelings in a wrting form and submit it to the teachers for reviewing,and the major advantage of medical case teaching in the clinical teaching of prosopalgia is to greatly motivate the participation enthusiasm of visiting phycisians,and deepen the comprehensive understanding of the related diseases.
