医学院校精神领域医务社会工作发展策略探析

Study on Development Strategies of Medical Social Work in Mental Field in the Medical Colleges

精神健康是医务社会工作的重要领域之一,该院实行精神-心理-社工人才培养模式与医院-社区-家庭实践模式相结合的方式进行精神领域医务社工的培养。在发展过程中存在着具有实务经验的教师短缺、理论与实践脱节、缺乏政策支持等问题,并提出继续发挥医学院校的专业背景优势、进行合理课程配置、有针对性地引导学生进行见习与实习、积极推动医务社会工作岗位的设置等建议。

The mental health is one of the major fields of the medical social work,and our hospital conducts the medical social workers culture in the mental filed by the combined method of mind-mental-social workers education mode and hospital-community-family mode.There are problems in the development course such as the shortage of experienced teachers,disconnection between theory and practice and lack of policy support,and the paper puts forwards the suggestions of going on to give play to advantages of professional background of medical college,rationally allocates the courses,pointedly guide the students for practice and internship,and actively promotes the medical social working post setting.
