Research on Causes and Preventive Strategies of Components Preparation Physical Blood Discarding

目的研究探讨成分制备物理血液报废的原因及预防策略。方法抽取对2015年1—12月期间血站成分制备物理血液报废的原因进行统计分析,在2016年1—12月期间血站成分制备过程中采取相应的预防处理措施,成分制备物理血液报废率等相关数据进行分析评价。结果离心破袋是导致成分制备物理血液报废的最主要原因。除离心破袋之外,热合不严、渗漏、近端开放以及血袋质量等一些其它原因也会导致血液报废。通过规范离心操作、制定标准的工作流程,对成分制备血液进行干预后,血站成分制备物理血液报废情况明显改善,干预效果显著。结论导致成分血制备物理血液报废的主要原因是离心破袋,对相关仪器进行定期维护,规范工作人员操作等措施能够有效的改善成分制备血液报废情况。

Objective To research the causes and preventive strategies of components preparation physical blood discarding.Methods The causes of components preparation physical blood discarding in the blood center from January 2015 to December 2015 were statistically analyzed,,and the corresponding preventive treatment measures were used in the components preparation physical blood discarding in the blood center from January 2016 to December 2016 was used,and the relevant data such as components preparation physical blood discarding were analyzed and evaluated.Results The centrifugal bag break is a major cause of components preparation physical blood discarding,besides the centrifugal bag break,no strict heat seal,leakage,proximal end open and blood bag quality also could lead to blood discarding,after intervention,the components preparation physical blood discarding was obviously improved and the intervention effect was obvious.Conclusion The major causes of components preparation physical blood discarding is the centrifugal bag break,and the regular maintenance of relevant instrument and standardizing the operation of work staff can effectively improve the components preparation physical blood discarding.
