人性化管理在急诊外科护理管理中的应用

目的探究人性化管理在急诊外科护理管理中的应用疗效,为临床医学提供治疗经验,帮助患者早日恢复身体健康。方法选择该院自2015年12月—2016年12月在急诊科就诊的患者资料100例。将这100例患者平均分为两组,每组为50例,分别命名为观察组与对照组。对照组的患者进行常规护理的护理方式,而观察组患者则在对照组患者常规护理的基础上,采取人性化护理的干预方式。观察组患者的个性化护理方式具体的实施内容包括对患者进行心理护理、环境护理优化和规范急诊流程,加强护理人员人性化管理护理等。一段时间的护理结束之后,比较两组患者的护理结果,记录有关数据,以便结果分析。结果一段时间的护理结束之后,比较两组患者的治疗前后焦虑心理评分情况,显示出观察组患者的情况更加优良。且对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较,也显示出观察组患者的治疗总满意度为96%,高于对照组的78%。结论采取人性化护理管理的方式对急诊科的患者具有极佳的护理疗效,建议临床上广泛使用这种方式照料患者,帮助患者改善心理状况,提高护理满意程度以及帮助患者尽快恢复身体健康。

Objective To study the curative effect of humanistic management in the nursing management in the department of emergency surgery and provide treatment experience for the clinical medicine and help patients recover as soon as possible.Methods 100 cases of patients in the department of emergency in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the humanistic nursing method on the basis of the routine nursing,and the specific contents of humanistic nursing included the mental nursing,environmental nursing optimization and standardizing the emergency flow,enhancing the humanistic management nursing of the nursing staff,after a period of nursing,the nursing results were compared between the two groups,and the related data were recorded to analyze the results.Results After a period of nursing,the anxiety mental scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,which showed the scores in the observation group were better,and the total treatment satisfactory degree in the observation group was in general higher than that in the control group(96%vs 78%).Conclusion The nursing curative effect of humanistic nursing management method in the department of emergency is best,and it is suggested to be widely used in clinic to improve the mental state of patients and improve the nursing satisfactory degree and help them recover as soon as possible.
