消毒供应室再生医疗器械的全程质控管理效果研究

Research on Whole-process Quality Control Management Effect of Regeneration Medical Equipment in the Disinfection Supply Room

目的该文对再生医疗器械在消毒供应室全程的质量管理控制下的效果进行分析和探究。方法该文选取2015年1月—2017年1月的再生医疗器械680套为研究对象,对2016年2月—2017年1月采取了感染监控措施,主要针对回收、清洗、包装和灭菌等环节,严格按照相关规定进行质量控制管理,并对再生医疗器械的全程质控效果进行了分析。结果通过对全程质控管理实施前后情况的对比分析可以看出,实施后的各个环节达标率和医护人员对器械消毒后的满意度都要好于措施实施前,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对再生医疗器械的消毒供应室全程质量控制管理,能够使消毒供应室的工作质量水平得到显著的提升,从而有效的减少感染情况的发生,在临床中值得推广和使用。

Objective To analyze and study the whole-process quality control management effect of regeneration medical equipment in the disinfection supply room.Methods 680 sets of regeneration medical equipment from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected,The infection contrd measures should be adopted from February 2016 to January 2017 mainly including the recycle,washing,package and sterilization,strictly in accordance with the related regulations for quality control management,and the whole-process quality control effect of regeneration medical equipment was analyzed.Results The comparison and analysis showed that the standards-reaching rate of various links and satisfactory degree of medical staff to the devices after disinfection were better than those before implementation,and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the whole-process quality control management effect of regeneration medical equipment in the disinfection supply room can obviously improve the work quality level in the disinfection supply room thus effectively reducing the occurrence of infection,which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
