岗位绩效量化考核在护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Quantitative Assessment of Job Performance in the Nursing Quality Management

目的分析护理质量管理工作中实施岗位绩效量化考核的有效性。方法该院护理部门自2016年1月开始实施岗位绩效量化考核工作,以2015年1—12月作为应用前的研究对象,以2016年1—12月作为应用后的研究对象,分析应用前后的有效性。结果数据显示,实施岗位绩效量化考核后,护理人员对收入、工作条件、组织决策、自主性、职业地位、互动合作等满意指数明显高于实施前(P<0.05);护理人员护理安全意识、护理技能、护理文书、基础护理、护理质量等评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05);出院患者满意率、护理人员满意率分别为99.00%、96.66%,满意率明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理工作中应用岗位绩效量化考核可获得提高护理满意率、提高护理质量、改善护患关系等优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of quantitative assessment of job performance in the nursing quality management.Methods The job performance quantitative assessment had been implemented in the department of nursing in our hospital since January 2016,and the research objects from January to December 2015 were used before application,and the research objects from January to December 2016 were used after application,and the effectiveness before and after application was analyzed.Results The data showed that after the implementation of job performance quantitative assessment,the satisfactory degrees to the income,working conditions,organizational decisions,initiative,occupational status,and interaction and cooperation were obviously higher than those before implementation(P<0.05),and he scores of nursing staff to the nursing safety awareness,nursing skill,nursing papers,basic nursing and nursing quality were obviously higher than those before implementation(P<0.05),and the satisfactory rates of discharge patients and nursing staff were respectively 99.00%and 96.66%,which were obviously higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of job performance quantitative assessment in the nursing quality management work can improve the nursing satisfactory rate,nursing quality and medical relationships,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
