摘要
目的通过开展品管圈活动,提高精神科医师转岗培训质量。方法成立"成长圈",经过权重分析与主题评分,确定"优化精神科医师转岗培训质量管理体系"为活动主题。通过现况调查,系统图法查找不足,制定针对性的对策并实施,进行质量改进。结果制定职责制度、培训计划和培训细则,建立完善的考核体系,改善培训方法,提高师资队伍素质和培训质量。结论精神科医师转岗培训质量管理中实施品管圈活动,可实现培训过程流程化管理,有效提高转岗培训的培训质量。
Objective To improve the Practitioners transfer training quality in the department of psychiatry by developing the quality control circle.Methods The“growth circle”was established,and“optimizing the practitioners transfer training quality management system in the department of psychiatry”was determined as the activity theme,and the shortcomings were found out by filed investigation and systematic diagram and the targeted strategies were made and implemented for quality improvement.Results The responsibilities system,training plan and training rules were made,the perfect examination system was established,and the training method was improved and the teachers’team quality and training quality were improved.Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle in the practitioners transfer training quality management system in the department of psychiatry can realize the process management of training course thus effectively improving the training quality of transfer training.
