医学在不断发展,检验科的技术在不断的进步。在临床的诊疗中,检验科发挥着非常重要的作用,为临床疾病的诊断的准确性提供可靠的依据。临床各科室对检验质量要求非常高,反应出检验科的重要性。对检验科进行治疗控制管理,提高检验结果的准确性。对检验结果的影响因素是多方面的,有实验因素和实验室外部的非测定因素。标本采集方法、标本的处理、标本的运送与转接、标本检验过程的质量控制、标本检验后结果分析的质量控制,每一个环节都不能忽视,对结果的准确性都有影响。为了保证医疗安全必须加强检验科的质量管理。临床检验科做好质量控制的前提是规范的执行采集标本的程序,做到正确的采集检验标本。实验室做好质量控制的根本是室间和室内的检测要严格执行。保证检验质量的关键是分析后的质量控制。要重视对所有检验的报告单的认真分析、签发及急诊检验结果和患者出现危急值的报告,不断完善医疗安全知识的培训,加强与临床各个科室进行有效沟通,把好检验报告的质量关。只有对加强检验的整个过程的质量进行控制管理,把好质量关,才能更好的为临床科室服务,检验科的医疗安全得到保证,患者的医疗安全才能得到保证。
