多孔纳米纤维膜中的DBS原位自组装的规律探索

摘要 文章以溶液喷射纺PAN纳米纤维膜为支撑材料,探究了DBS在PAN多孔纳米纤维膜中自组装规律。结果表明:溶剂为苯乙酮、环戊醇、乙二醇时,DBS均可以自组装形成纳米纤维,且DBS自组装纳米纤维直径随着溶剂氢键作用力的增加而增加;随着DBS浓度的增大,DBS自组装发生由纤维到薄膜的转变,当DBS浓度为0.35%时,DBS自组装形成的纳米纤维更加均匀,且同种溶剂浓度变化范围较小时,DBS自组装纳米纤维直径几乎不受影响。 In this paper,we explored the self-assembly rules of DBS in porous PAN nanofiber membrane.The results showed that DBS could self-assemble to form nanofibers when the solvent was acetophenone,cyclopentanol or ethylene glycol,and the diameter of DBS self-assembled nanofibers increased with the increase of the hydrogen bonding of solvents.We found the morphology of DBS assembled nanofibers changed to membrane with the increase of DBS concentration.When the concentration of DBS was 0.35%,it could self-assemble more homogeneous nanofibers.In addition,the diameter of DBS self-assembled nanofibers hardly effected by the little change of concentration in the same solvent.
