摘要
基于某国产1.5L汽油机进行热管理系统台架试验,利用试验数据来获取仿真计算的边界条件;在GTSuite软件平台中,搭建发动机-冷却系统耦合仿真模型,并对应目标机型的台架试验进行仿真计算与验证;对不同散热器、风扇、水泵构建的18种匹配方案进行分析。结果表明,相对于原机方案,最优匹配方案在新欧洲行驶工况(NEDC)下节油3.36%。
The bench test of thermal management system was conducted based on a domestic 1.5 L gasoline engine and the experimental data were used to acquire the boundary conditions of simulation.The engine-cooling system coupling simulation model was built with the GT-Suite software and the simulation and verification for the bench test of target engine were carried out.In the end,18 kinds of matching schemes for different radiators,fans and pumps were analyzed.The results show that the optimal matching scheme can save the fuel by 3.36%in NEDC drive cycle compared to the original solution.
