摘要 针对盘式制动器制动啸叫问题,建立汽车低速状态制动系统工作的有限元模型,运用ABAQUS对该制动系统进行复模态分析.根据复特征值实部值的正负预测发生尖叫声的可能性,并运用间接边界元法计算出制动器工作时的辐射噪声.在此基础上研究了摩擦系数、制动块弹性模量对制动噪声的影响.结果表明,摩擦系数和弹性模量对制动啸叫有着重要影响.对比分析结果,对系统进行优化和改进,改进后制动模型复模态实部无正值,辐射噪声声功率级在75dB以下,说明本次优化分析切实有效. In view of the brake howling problem of disc brake,the finite element model of the brake system at a low speed was established,and the complex mode analysis was also carried out by ABAQUS software.The possibility of howling was predicted based on the real part of complex eigenvalue and the radiation noise at brake work was calculated using indirect boundary element method.Moreover,the effect of friction coefficient and elastic modulus of brake blocks on brake noise were researched.The results show that friction coefficient and elastic modulus have an important influence on brake noise.Comparing the analysis results,the brake system was optimized and improved.There is no positive value of the real part in complex modal and the sound power level of radiated noise is less than 75 dB after the improvement,which shows that the optimization analysis is effective.
