摘要
针对传统除冰雪技术并不适应于路面凝冰的问题,借鉴荷叶表面超疏水自清洁特征,分析超疏水材料的作用原理以及在路面应用的可行性,将ZnO超疏水材料应用到路面抗凝冰技术中.研究超疏水路面和普通水泥路面的抗滑性能、疏水性能;对不同路面试件表层进行结冰、除冰性能及冰黏附强度测试.结果表明,相对于普通水泥路面,超疏水路面具有良好的抗滑性能、疏水性能;超疏水涂料能延缓路面在寒冷天气下的结冰时间,降低冰与路面之间的黏结力从而减少除冰时间.
The traditional deicing and snow-cleaning technology is not suitable for the road icing.Considering the super-hydrophobic self-cleaning characteristics of the lotus leaf,the action principle of super-hydrophobic material and the feasibility of its application in pavement were analyzed.A kind of super-hydrophobic material ZnO was adopted to pavement anti Icing technology.A series of Icing,deicing and ice adhesion tests for different pavement specimens were conducted to research the anti-sliding and hydrophobic properties of hydrophobic pavement and ordinary pavement.The results show that the super-hydrophobic pavement has a better anti-sliding and hydrophobic performances comparing with the ordinary cement pavement.The superhydrophobic coatings can delay the freezing time of pavement in cold weather,reduce the cohesive force between ice and pavement,and reduce the deicing time.
